Peg joined Alan J. Eckstrand, LLC in September 2023 as Operations Efficiency Manager—a title she jokingly describes as “47 part-time jobs in one.” She works behind the scenes to streamline processes, automate systems, and develop tools that help advisors and administrative staff work more efficiently. Always willing to lend a hand wherever needed, Peg enjoys finding creative solutions that make everyone’s job easier.
Peg brings a diverse background to her role, having worked in early childhood education, recreational therapy, academic tutoring, and computer programming. She spent 10 years as a La Leche League Leader helping mothers breastfeed their babies. She also spent many years homeschooling her two children, both of whom have earned college degrees. In 2022, she earned her master’s degree in Information Systems with a concentration in Security.
Raised in an Air Force family, Peg married an Army soldier, making the annual Army–Air Force football game especially interesting! She lives in Wolcott, Connecticut, with her husband and their two cats, Ari and Ullr, and has two grown children.
Outside of work, Peg enjoys musical theater, crafts, logic puzzles, and cozy mysteries. A lifelong learner, she practices Tai Chi, yoga, and meditation and has earned her Reiki Master-Teacher certification. She is always eager to explore new interests and discover new ways to grow.
