Nicole DePaoli joined the Alan J. Eckstrand, LLC team in October 2016. Through her longtime friendship with Eileen, Nicole learned of an opportunity to take on a flexible, part-time position that would complement her full-time career. What began with a few small tasks has grown into a broader role with additional responsibilities over the years. Nicole enjoys working behind the scenes, knowing that her contributions help the agency’s full-time team operate more efficiently and effectively.
Outside of the agency, Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and has dedicated more than 32 years to the field, holding positions ranging from assistant teacher to director. She is passionate about helping young children learn, grow, and develop essential social skills. For Nicole, few things are more rewarding than watching a child achieve important milestones and gain confidence along the way.
Nicole lives in Torrington, Connecticut, with her partner, David, and her stepson, Ryder. In their free time, the family enjoys watching Star Wars and Marvel movies, along with their favorite baking shows.
